This is a very nice 1950s vintage Silvertone Kentucky Blue archtop.
It is in very good condition for its age, overall great appearance to the glossy finish, only a few scattered dings, frets have plenty of wear left.
The neck is straight, without any significant fret buzz that I have noticed.
Unlike many other examples of old inexpensive Silvertone archtops, the neck heel does not separate at all from the body when the strings are tuned, and the joint is very solid and stable.
There are a few modern upgrades, including a Kent Armstrong humbucking pickup, attached to the guitar only by 4 small screws into the sides of the fretboard, so it can easily be removed if desired. This pickup is wired into separate tone and volume knobs installed on the pickguard, and sounds powerful and warm.
There is also an endpin jack wired in at the base of the guitar, and a strap button installed at the heel, which make the guitar very easy to play with a strap.

There is no case, but the guitar will be carefully packaged for shipping.

Overall a great example of a really cool-styled vintage archtop!
